I've left like 4 time and never got banned :/ maybe it's because I did it in a creative and non threatening way like "hey I'm leaving" instead of "Fuckers I hate you all and hope you die and I'm leaving" or "you never do the dishes or vacuum so I'm leaving" or "Your humour is just too german I don't spreken the douch" :/
