I don't know that that's entirely correct, Max. I don't think that they had anything on them they would want air in a court martial court as maybe some of the issues were of a nationally and currently sensitive nature. Even so, you'd think they'd be able to arrange some kind of closed hearing of sorts. Shrug. It sounds like the military officials were afraid to air their own dirty and so, feeling gypped about not being able to go after the big fish, went after some of the lesser charges. Sounds kind of trite and vindictive, really.
