If you're not afraid of bittorent I've found a site with roms from
Amstrad to Watara Supervision.
there are a couple thousand SNES roms, couple thousand N64 roms, couple thousand GBA games, couple thousand atari roms, couple hundred sega roms (could be thousands, but I'm lazy.)
