I hate picky eaters - make me want to punch them in the face. Although I don't eat much these days, I enjoy eating almmost everything, and what I don't really enjoy I eat nevertheless if need be. I particularly love snails, oysters, fat goose liver, tripe, calf sweetbread, headcheese, blood pudding, kim chi, swallow nest soup and everything chinese / oriental, strong dry goat cheese, raw red meat (carpaccio, staek tartare) ... all vegetables (except cauliflower) and fruit ...
I don't like much ice cream.


edit : I forgot sushi how could I forget it - I'd kill my mother for sushi.
