Not to the best of my knowledge, but it might help if you make sure that there are no other programs running or anything...
I used to have the same problem, but it seems that it works fine if I clear out my History folder and all that before I do it, and close any and all programs before I start the defrag.
So usually, since defragging takes forever on my comp anyway, I usually just run the defrag while I'm sleeping.
