This sounds like a reality gameshow where an I-mockery contestant must figure out just who the women are in a sea of very confused men for points. At the end of the show, the contestant can exchange points for a prize. Something like a backpack, a bike, a sweater with the name of the show on it, a popshot at a member of the imock boards, etc. . .
