Ewwww...sorry to hear that. I had that happen to me too. Now I wait a while after I bike before eating or drinking. I'm usually to weak and tired to get something anyway. You learn somethin' new everyday, I guess.
-It was that yogurt-in-a-bottle stuff, so it looked about the same comin' out. lol :/
But that time I was just sittin' around eating the wings, nothing strenuous.
