That 'pic under [your] name' is what we here call an 'avatar.' You can adjust your avatar settings by clicking on the Profile link at the top of the screen, then scrolling down to the bottom of the next page. Where it says "Link to off-site avatar?" That's where you put in the URL of the picture you want! Be careful, though, it must be smaller than 150 x 130 pixels, and a reasonable filesize, too. Don't make it too small, though, or we won't be able to see what it is!
If you don't have a picture uploaded to the internet for you to link to, there are a few internet sites that will upload your picture for you for free. I recommend
