Absolutely 100% agreed.
I have yet to figure out why someone that can't manage to work a pencil effectively, or double-check their chads for that matter, deserves a vote.

How can someone who obviously thinks so much of their ideas have so little respect for expressing them? How can someone who so yearns to be taken seriously make so little effort?!
