Is it possable to make a flash sig or avatar? I'm not talking huge like 550 x 400 but something small like 50 x 200 or 100 x 100 in a sig? If it isn't, whats a good free program to make animated .gif's?
I made a little neat Flash sig its 50 x 200 and I like it.
