That's what medi-cal did to me, i filled out all the forms while i was in the hospitol, and the social worker was supposed to finish the rest up with my grandma while i was in ECS, but he NEVER CALLED HER. She even left messages, still no calling! So now I have a 10,000 dollar medical bill, which I'll never pay. Ever. Seriously, I'm not paying that shit.
