Seriously. Kefka is the only great villain I remember from Final Fantasy. All the others were just scary monsters (Chaos, Zeromus, Sin) or almost-badass people (Sephiroth, the chick in FF8, Kuja [I haven't finished FF9 so I don't know who the big bad is]). Kefka was just plain evil. He killed people for fun. He built a tower so he could wipe out *towns* for fun. And he did it with style and cleverness.
