Some of you mentioned penis implants earlier. I would just like to point out those things are OLD NEWS and have been around for over a decade.

They are mostly for people with erectile dysfunction. There are two major models. One is like a thin balloon they put in the lower muscle wall of the penis that is filled with saline. The balloon is attached to a squeezable container implanted into the testicals. Basically you pump your scrotom and it give you an erection that lasts as long as you want it to. Just feel around the the release switch and your back to flaccid, just like that.

The other kind is just metal rods with hinges attached to them. There's like three or four hinges they put into the penis, and you just bend them into position when you feel the need. One of the benifits of this is you can get creative with how you shape your penis, make some zig zag combinations. The down side is you have a permenant erection, and the most you can do to conceal it is to fold it up and tuck it under.

And I would like to say that if I were a lady, I would get those mesh breast implants in a heart beat. Fuck bras, I'd want to be able to run without wearing a harness.
