When I'm in water, I just flop around like a retarded kid. So I consider that sort of swimming, as I'm moving in the water and not drowning.
As for skinny dipping, no. Not that I'd ever have anyone to do it with anyway. Not that I'd ever WANT anyone to do it with, anyway.
