I could probably deal with a swimming pool. But a lake or the ocean or anything deep enough that I can't see the bottom (or any giant sea monsters that are in it)...FUCK THAT!
But I just don't like the water much anyway, so I doubt I'll ever bother to learn how to swim.
I need SOLID GROUND underneath my feet. If I were meant to swim, I would have gills
