I must've been lucky then. The one I went to this morning had great service. They all spoke English, were very polite, and I got exactly what I ordered (2 sausage & egg croissants with chesse one w/o the egg). She even told me the one
I had (sausage crissoant w/o egg) was in the bottom of the bag.
Life is good.
