there's this irl guy who told me last summer he's been in love with me for ten years or so, and, even though he says he understands i'm not into RELATIONSHIPS now (and may never be again
) and says he expects nothing, i find that i can't even hang out with him happily anymore. i know it would never go anywhere regardless of my stance on relationships, for a number of reasons, and i don't want to end up feeling guilty for having given him any hope that it would.
also, "internet things" don't
necessarily just go away, and neither are they
necessarily of any less weight than other "things."
