That's great Mr. Bush, but the thing is the world WASN'T looking away.
Of course, he's never going to admit a real mistake or apologize over this. I doubt he'd be willing to admit even small mistakes as a president, but announcing to your country that you accidentally started a war and you know it won't help your image.
