We had a man come to our school a couple weeks ago to show a few karate things to us. I didnt do it though, I just sat and laughed at this fat girl. They were doing some defense thing where you had to drop down and get up really fast over and over again and she couldnt do it. Anyway, he started doing a thing where we got in groups of 2 and one of us would hold the pad around our stomach and the other person would like grab our head and knee us in the stomach. Looked pretty cool, but when he gave the example, some girl kneed him fucking hard in the balls. I was cracking up and he was almost crying, it was cool. I mean... it sucked to him but... it was fucking fun to watch :/
