I'm in it for exercise (getting away from the computer is nice), improving my flexibility (which I've already noticed a big change in), and kicking. I friggin love kicking since I'm a tall bastard. So, it's definitely perfect for what I wanted to do.

Plus, it's nice training under a world champion 9th degree grandmaster. Can't complain about that one either...
