I use to eat alot, but I been dropping weight. Now only 3 Jack in the Box Chicken sandwiches hold me.
I was pushing 200 at the start of summer.
Ok Weight for someone 6'4.
I've been dropping about 4-5 pounds a month, and now weight 180ish.
