To the best of my knowledge, I-Mockery has had message boards for a couple of years, and these new ones of course are easy to find if you can find the OLD ones. And since I've joined, you are only the SECOND raver to come down the pike, and I use the term loosely because I still have my doubts as to whether the FIRST one was real or just a horrible character.

But let's look at it this way, if a "raver" is basically bashing what the lifestyle did to him, like you did in your first post, am I supposed to believe that that's the first step to repairing it? Whistleblowers aren't commended for their heroics, they are fired and forgotten, as are their efforts. You can't fight City Hall and expect to be elected Mayor.

Look kid, I'll level with you. You're talking to a whole crowd of teenagers and twentysomethings, and at this age, we are going to feel what we WANT to feel, and some kid coming out of the woodworks like a cockroach when the lights go out, no matter how well intended, ain't gonna be heard without much criticism. It's mostly like the way that you can be Christian and hate the hell out of Jehovah's Witnesses, your heart may be in the right place but you are NOT going to get my attention by bashing me over the head with it, shoving it down my throat and telling me that I'm wrong by default because I don't think the same way. ESPECIALLY if you do nothing to prove the stereotype wrong.
