Jeanette, I just saw something like that on the news.
Since Mardi Gras just happened a short while ago, they were warning EVERYONE about that, because of course people from all over the country come here for Mardi Gras and it's basically a weeklong orgy of alcohol and Girls Gone Wild
They were showing stuff on the news about methods you can use to protect yourself, etc. But I truly believe that any man that has to resort to drugs and rape is not a man at all.
Makes me really lose faith in humanity. Or at least my gender.
