Mad Max wasn't banned for making fun of dead Jimmy. He was banned for being a pointless nuisance that went on a posting spree of one-liner fucktarding in every forum.
MrAdventure shouldn't be banned, though... but I don't think he is, unless MrAdventure = Mad Max.
