every single episode ive seen of this features this:
angry man: im only 5 mins late!
guy at desk: but we cant let you through
angry man: it will only take me 10 mins to get through
guy at desk: sorry sir but the numbers have been put through
angry man: the plane doest take off for another 30 mins! i have to get to a wedding tomarrow...
etc
