Or maybe... just maybe... much of this is covered by those pesky little words "... shall pass no law respecting an establishment of religion ...".


I can't believe that the right wing (or what's left of it. I mean right of it. I mean remains of it. I mean you certainly know what i mean) is actually turning the recent push for respect of the religiously indifferent text of the constitution and the recognition of the secular nature of the winter solstice holidays into some hereticular movement involving the deconstruction of organized religion.

I mean, especially since this is supposedly geared towards rampant civil equality (Hell on Earth, clearly) weakening our nation's military (heaven fucking forbid) and giving the lowest economic classes government assistance (horrors exemplified).


Now that I read that last paragraph, I wonder whose point he's trying to prove.


(and this is all without mentioning that the real point of what he's saying is that nobody wants to be like Canada)
