Max level is 60, and someone on my server is already there.
If you think that the fun part of playing a MMORPG is killing 5 trillion NPCs to get levels, then go play EQ2. WoW is going to be about Horde vs. Alliance fighting, I hope, so getting to max level would NOT be the endgame.
