How can losing like 8 minutes of your life for every cigarette you smoke possibly benefit you?
You're not more relaxed when you smoke. You're only relaxed when you are smoking, and you're nervous all the time between cigarettes - as opposed to all the time when you don't smoke, or you've quit (like I have).
