Legion is a breed of technomancer that specializes in changing reality through computer technology, blurring the line between virtual and real. Outwardly, he looks like a bright-haired raver kid, but inside that gaudy-crested skull of his is an aggregate consciousness comprised of a dozen fragments of long dead technomagi that have gone before him. He's an artificial construct, perhaps a bit unstable, but in his chosen field...there's no stopping the Legion. Now...if he could only get out of the habit of referring to himself as 'we'.
