I can tell you you probably wouldn't want to go to New Orleans, speaking as someone that lives in Louisiana, unless of course you want the Mock-Meet to turn into a pukefest/alcoholocaust. New Orleans is best in small doses, and you definitely DON'T want to stray too far from the Quarter.
I wouldn't mind going to a mock meet but who knows how you guys would react to a (relatively) newb being there?
