I would suggest getting them free range, there leaner. Besides if they take after him....
No but seriously Water and more activity. I would suggest having a single sandwich for lunch, fills you up untill Supper tume rolls around. It worked for me(for the most part) I was 176 but about 163 now. I just need to work out so's I can lose my flab and man tittiys

If you want to work the fat away I would suggest swimming. In the summer I lose about 9 pounds, because all I do is swim. Then winter rolls around and the belly rears its ugly head
