My graphire3 was the smallest one and is around $100. But you will probably be able to find a deal if you shop at electronic stores, rebates and the like, since the people who gave it to me said that in the end it cost them $50.
But the limited space on the smallest doesn't give the easiest time as putting in detail, so if you can afford it, go with the bigger sizes by all means.
