the review actually gave it a 7. wasn't my review but I would probably agree with the score. Possibly bumping it to a 8 but to me it wasn't one of the most awesome games. I pretty much bought it just to get the FFVIII demo at the time and suprisingly enjoyed the game but it wasn't one that caught me as "OOOOOOOH THIS IS AWESOME!"
