Go find a sandy beach (Lake/River/Ocean) and write her name and your name in a heart in the sand, or carve it in a tree. Take a digital picture of it, edit it in Photoshop, make it black and white or something, create your own valentine's day card just for her. Place a single flower into the card, then put the homemade card on top of a plate of cookies/brownies/whatever that you have just made.

This Shows her that you have a sensitive side (Black and white photo) that you have a caring side (homemade card and The flower) and that you know how to cook (The cooked goods)
