There was a kid at my school who was the ultimate nerd, but a complete shit with it - I wanted to sympathise with him, but I couldn't because he was so fucking stupid and unpleasant - anyway, whenever anyone would insult him he said 'STOP TALKING ABOUT YOURSELF!!' which is very similar to what you just said to Cosmo. So thats the kind of company you keep with that 'humour': a speccy, mongy kid whom nobody liked at all, and has probably killed himself by now.
