I now know how to get the green nerd girl's special. You have to hit her, while her special is highlighted, without hitting the ground.

The purple girl still confuses me, but as fas as I know, you have to hit her first, and watch the special meter for a message "Block vs. F.C.C." the person to the left of the indicator is the special person, if you hit him/her, click yo activate the special. I found out what it means if you turn red. For every girl (except green) or special you perform while red, you hold a charge. You can build it up to have massive power. The charge is finally released when you either start slowing slown or you hit the green nerd girl without the special active. It just launches you.
