I guess that you have to, at least, respect the fact that he never denied having used it or conceded to using "and not inhaling". He simply avoided the issue altogether ... somehow.

Also, interesting was the fact that he was conveniently abroad when all this came down. Easiest way to avoid questions and let things die down is to not be present.
