i think arming the enemy of our enemy is pretty standard tactics but black budget foreign ops are always ready.. top secret isn't rated PG and aint in the histry books unless its your enemy doing it.

no, i never think its that simple, there's a huge mix of crap going on and trends are contradicted in every locale yet trends and etc continue.
