The phrase you quoted does not state that the HIV grown was isolated from the blood sample. The second link, however, does state that HIV has been isolated, but sites no actual experiment.
Find me a single case study in which HIV was successfully isolated. Not an information sheet, an actual study. My bet is that you will not be able to.
