Eternal Darkness is a pretty good choice. Not nearly as scary as SH2, but the game had a few parts that made me jump.
Then there´s Haunting Ground for PS2. havent tried it myself, but I hear its quite creepy at times.
Realms of haunting is a game that almost made me soil myself when I was in like 5th grade or something. Dunno what it would be like today.
