Suffer, I just got carpal of the brain trying to decipher the gobbledygook that you just posted.
There are two buttons on your keyboard called "shift keys". Please use them. There is also a button near the shift key that has a little dot on it called a "period".
Please locate these buttons and use them properly before posting again.
