The website is creepy as hell, but I figure it's gotta be hard to enforce laws on this kind of thing till the kids start actually taking their clothes off. It sucks that a bunch of disturbed people start getting turned on as they watch little Jessi prance around in an Abercrompie & Fitch thong (it's cute and fun and sweet!
), but I think the only alternative would be to forbid 'lewd' clothing on children below the age of 18, or something.
