Entitled? No, demanding.

Yes, many people around my age do expect a lot. Then again we are expected to produce a lot.

Complaing that some people want the stuff a 30 year veteran gets isn't really ture. No one is looking to get thrown out on his ass in favor of a younger, cheaper employee.

We want it up front because, well, thats what the compabnies are getting. They are making what they can now off us and then they are booting us for a better deal. Why can't we do that?
