The average newbie can gain 15 lbs of mucle mass in year.
MUSCLE mass, not just LEAN mass.
I've only gained 30 lbs, including water and everything else in addition to muscle. That isn't unreasonable at all.
I weighed 180 now. That puts me at +35.
