I weigh 180 pounds, stand 6 foot, (hilarious that you weight the same btw) and I rest completely certain I have at least twice the "lean muscle mass" you possess. People on this board who have seen my pictures can testify to this. I've been lifting weights and eating a high protein diet for roughly 5 years now. I gain about 4 pounds of "lean muscle" a year, on a good year. To gain anymore as a matter of permanence in any non-supplemental healthy fashion is nearly impossible (despite what websites and MUSCLE ABS WEEKLY will say). Noone will ever be impressed about your personal athletics or your diet regimen so stop trying to flaunt either, it just makes you appear desperate to hear results before you achieve them. Alot of people consider excersise a facet of their life and typically the people who talk about it as if it were a novelty to be displayed end up giving it up or developing eating disorders. Making you a raging douche bag in either case.
