Correct, you are going to gain some weight in conditioning as I explained. Just about every tissue in the body has some water content (the percentage varies with the tissue in question) but you tend to compartmentalize water as a separate entity while pigeon-holing it all as "lean muscle". When you originally said that I gained x amount of lean muscle and lumped organ growth, bone growth, water wieght, ect. into the fray, you were simply incorrect. I guarantee you that growth in some of the areas you mentioned is nominal. The majority of weight gain came from a combination of gaining muscle mass while not losing fat mass at the same rate. That's where aerobic exercise comes into play. It is possible to keep one's weight fairly close to what they started with before conditioning with the proper regimine and actually gain a low bodyfat percentage in the bargain.
