Being a local I think this is an excellent idea.
Hotel rooms are cheap, especially off strip and non-weekend. Although I don't know much about summer rates. But I do know that Tenno has his own house that I'm sure some could crash in.
I don't know how much seriousness is behind this Vegas idea, but if anyone needs any info or whatnot I'm your man.
