THEN WTF!?!?! I HAVE SEARCHED EVERY ROOM OVER AND OVER AND I'M NOT MISSING ANYTHING.

There is, however, space pirate activity in Tallon Overworld, where you find the open phazon canisters, but I can't get across the lake without the grapple.
