Clove cigarettes are roughly 60-70% tobacco, 30-40% clove. The clove is used as a spice and makes the cigarette more palatable (or extremely tasty, if you're like me). In fact, clove cigs contain even more nicotine than regular cigarettes, and the cloves themselves carry an additional risk.
The brand I got was imported from Europe. They are not legal for minors.
