Actually, in Manitoba we have government auto insurance, as well. It's very cheap compared to private insurance.
The contribution to a common fund has only to do with making it cheap for everyone. You know how you can go to Costco and buy that big fucking jug of vegetable oil (of course you do; you're a fat-ass who fries all his food) and how it winds up being only $1.00 per gallon as opposed to $5.00 per gallon if you bought the little jugs?
Same thing with the medicine, except this fat ass is as large as a country and buying for 31 million relatives.
